Event Planning + Design
As your event planner, I will work with you to create a detailed timeline of all the event-related details. My goal is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and stress-free, so that you can truly enjoy your day. I will be your point of contact for everything related to your event. I will be here to assist you every step of the way. I will be responsible for managing all of the vendors involved in your event such as your florist, rentals, DJ, catering. This includes coordinating deliveries and set-up, and ensuring that everything is in place according to your vision.
Planning + design: working to develop a cohesive design and decor concept for the event.
Vendor selection and management: assisting in choosing and booking vendors such as florist, catering, DJ, rentals.
Budget management: helping create and manage a realistic event budget.
Timeline and scheduling: creating a detailed timeline and schedule for the event, and coordinating with vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
